Thank you for your interest in joining our upcoming Sacred Medicine Ceremony at The Lighthouse 🤍

To ensure a safe, supportive, and aligned experience for everyone, we ask that all participants complete the following intake questions before confirming their space.

Please take your time and answer honestly:

  In preparation for in-depth work with the Medicine, the key elements, important for realising fully the potential of this experience are, DIET and INTENTION.  1. DIET – appropriate physio-energetic preparation of body is an essential condition of fruitful and possibly undisrupted work with the Medicine.  It is recommended to start the diet prior to the session and continue for 2 - 3 days after:  - Abstain completely from sexual activity,  - Abstain completely from following foods and products: salt, sugar, meat, spices, garlic, onion, fried foods, cheese, milk/dairy, vinegar, all fermented foods, alcohol, drugs/medication.  - Avoid bread, fatty and acidic foods. If you are a smoker – limit your intake, same with coffee.  Do not starve yourself! Eat simple, light and clean food - rice, quinoa, steamed/boiled vegetables, steamed/baked fish, fruits, salads, smoothies, juices, herbal teas, dried fruits, nuts, home made soups, cereals, rice milk etc.  2. INTENTION – a very useful tool in working with the Medicine is to have a clear Intention - the intimate understanding/reason why/what have you come here to work with. Intention can have a form of affirmation, prayer or three “key words”. Intention will set the direction for your journey and will become a framework for integrating the experience. In working with intention you can (it’s not necessary) find/make/choose a material object to represent your intention. If you choose such an object, hold it in your hand, study and contemplate it while pre-meditating your intention. If you have such an object, bring it with you.  3. pen and paper might come useful. Also, please bring some fruit/snacks to share.  4. Wear white or plain light coloured comfortable clothes, avoid red and black.
